  • Do you service my area?

    We provide house cleaning services to Bucks County and Montgomery County. For more detailed information on where we serve, as well as a detailed list of cities served, please see our Locations page HERE.

  • How do I book my house cleaning service?

    Booking your house cleaning service is easy. Just click any of our “BOOK NOW!” buttons to be directed to our online booking form and provide the requested information. Once the form is completed, you can see your price and pay via credit card at the bottom. Of course, you may also book your house cleaning service over the phone.

  • How much will my house cleaning cost?

    Our pricing is simple. We determine the price of your house cleaning service on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your house (don’t worry, we still clean the entire house). To see the cost of your house cleaning service, simply scroll to the bottom of our booking form. The price you see is the price you get and will only be adjusted if the house being cleaned is dirtier than was indicated.

Online Booking

  • How do I book online?

    Booking online takes only moments. Simply click any of our “BOOK NOW!” buttons to get started. First, provide the necessary contact and locations details so we know who to contact and where to clean. Second, select your desired service and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your house as well as your desired day and time of cleaning. Then apply your discount code if you have one and select either a one-time service or recurring service. Finally, after the booking form is complete, you’ll see your price at the bottom and can pay securely via credit card. If you have any questions or problems during the booking process, feel free to call, email, or Live Chat with us for assistance.

  • Is the online booking form secure?

    Yes, absolutely! We take your online security seriously. Our website and online booking form is secured through SSL encryption provided by GeoTrust so you can book online worry-free! Look for our GeoTrust Badge on the booking page.

  • What if I have a half bathroom?

    We count half bathrooms as full bathrooms and ask that you do the same when filling out our online booking form. If we find that your bathrooms take less time to clean than anticipated, your price will be lowered accordingly.

  • How do I schedule a day and time for my cleaning service?

    Pick the day and time that’s most convenient for you! Our online booking form displays which days and time slots are still available. We try to maintain maximum availability but if your desired day and time is not available, get in contact with us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Can I book my cleaning service over the phone instead?

    Yes, of course. Some customers prefer speaking over the phone or have specific cleaning requests not provided for on the booking form and we are happy to accommodate them. Please realize, however, that our phone hours are limited to 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Our House Cleaning

  • What is included in my house cleaning service?

    We send a team of two professionally trained house cleaners to your location on your requested day and time. They will arrive on time with their own cleaning supplies, products, and equipment to clean your entire house from top to bottom.   • Can I request a special task or custom service?

    Yes, you can. If pre-made cleaning services do not fit your needs please reach out to us via phone, Live Chat, or email and we’ll be happy to arrange a special task or custom cleaning service for you.

  • Who provides the cleaning supplies and equipment?

    The Dusting Crew brings our own cleaning product, supplies, and equipment including vacuums, sponges, and microfiber rags. All of our tools are cleaned regularly. If you have a specific product or tool you would like us to use, just leave it out and let us know.

  • Does The Dusting Crew offer recurring service?

    Yes, we do! The best way to keep a clean house is to clean it regularly. We offer monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly recurring services at 15%, 20%, and 25% off respectively.

  • Is there anything The Dusting Crew doesn’t clean?

    While we do try our best to accommodate your house cleaning needs, some tasks and messes fall beyond the scope of house cleaning. These tasks include window washing, carpet stain removal, wall stain removal, permanent hard water stains, and ground-in mildew. Please also be aware that we will not clean anything over eight feet tall or anything else that might put our house cleaners at risk.

Your Cleaning Service

  • Who does The Dusting Crew send to clean my house?

    We’ll send a team of two professional house cleaners to ensure your house receives the cleaning it deserves. Our house cleaners are bonded and insured employees who have passed our rigorous hiring process and extensive training. Before being hired, prospective employees are back-ground checked and interviewed. Afterwards, we professionally train them to our high standards.

  • Will you send the same house cleaners each time?

    We realize that building trust with your house cleaners is important and will try our best to send the same house cleaners each time. If different house cleaners are needed due to scheduling conflicts, we’ll let you know ahead of time.

  • How long will my house cleaning take?

    The time required to give your house a thorough cleaning will depend upon how large and dirty it is. The estimated time required to clean your house will be displayed on your confirmation email after booking. Please be aware that a first time clean will require more time than recurring service because of extra dirt and our house cleaners becoming familiar with your house.

  • Do I have to be home during my house cleaning service?

    No, you do not have to be home. House cleaning services are often scheduled during the day, a time our customers are usually running errands or at work. In those cases, customers provide us with a house key or combination lock. All keys and codes are labeled and secure.

  • How can I modify, reschedule, or cancel my cleaning service?

    You may modify, reschedule, or cancel your house cleaning service by calling us, using the Live Chat, or emailing us. You may also do so through your Dusting Crew account by logging in HERE.

  • What happens if something goes wrong during my house cleaning?

    While your house cleaning service typically goes smoothly, accidents do happen. If something does go wrong please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. Our customer support team is top-notch and always ready to help.

  • What if my service is scheduled during a holiday?

    If your house cleaning service is scheduled on or near a holiday, when The Dusting Crew is closed, we’ll be contacting you the month of to reschedule.

  • What if my cleaning service is scheduled during severe weather conditions?

    Our house cleaners’ safety is priority. If weather conditions, such as rain, fog, or snow, put our house cleaners at risk we will cancel that scheduled appointment.

Billing

  • How do I pay for my service?

    We accept credit cards via our online booking form. Simply provide the information requested and you’ll be automatically billed after your house cleaning service has been completed and you are satisfied.

  • When is my credit card billed?

    Book now, pay later. We do not charge your credit card until after your house cleaning service has been completed and you are satisfied. Your card will be put on hold (but not charged) for the appropriate dollar amount the night before your scheduled house cleaning service to ensure we’ll be payed for the work provided. Your card will be charged at the end of the day of your house cleaning service and only once you’re satisfied.

  • Is my billing information safe and secure?

    Yes, absolutely! We take your online security seriously. Our website and online booking form is secured through SSL encryption provided by GeoTrust so you can book online worry-free! Look for our GeoTrust Badge on the booking page.

  • Is there a cancellation or rescheduling fee?

    Yes. Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the day of your scheduled house cleaning service. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the day of your clean will incur a $20 cancellation fee charged to the credit card you provided. For example; if your house cleaning service is scheduled for December 5th 11:00 am, cancellations must be made before 12:00 am December 4th. Rescheduling must be requested 24 hours before the day of your scheduled house cleaning service. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the day of your clean will incur a $10 cancellation fee charged to the credit card you provided. For example; if your house cleaning service is scheduled for December 5th 11:00 am, rescheduling must be requested before 12:00 am December 4th.

  • What is your refund policy?

    Refunds are only offered if re-cleans have been refused and The Dusting Crew believes a refund is warranted.
